WORTH TWP - These cases were recently before District Judge Lawrence Silvis:

Lewis L. Surrena, 56, of Grove City had his case held for court. He was charged by state police with driving under the influence and failure to keep right on April 13 on state Route 965 and Harrisville Road in Worth Township, Mercer County, after crashing his motorcycle into a ditch.

Brian C. Laidlaw, 39, of Jackson Center had his case held for court. He was charged by state police with driving under the influence, failure to keep right, careless driving, operating a vehicle without a valid inspection and driving an unregistered vehicle on April 24 on McCurdy Road in Jackson Township, Mercer County.
