SAXONBURG - These cases were recently in District Judge Sue Haggerty's court:
Jamie Belli, 27, of Brackenridge, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license and driving without a license plate, filed April 6 by Buffalo Township police.
Scott Bowser, 33, of Leechburg, Armstrong County, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct. Buffalo Township police filed the charge March 27. He was ordered to pay $429.50 in fines and court costs.
Kent Daugherty, 27, of Oakland Township waived to court charges of driving under the influence and failing to obey authorized persons directing traffic, filed April 7 by Middlesex Township police.
Richard Dent, 38, of Summit Township waived to court charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, driving with a suspended license, careless driving and not wearing a seat belt.
Michael Derkach, 34, of Pittsburgh has waived to court charges of driving under the influence, speeding and driving with a license, filed Feb. 18 by Penn Township police.
Amanda Duncan, 22, of Butler waived to court charges of accidents involving death or personal injury while not properly licensed, drivng with a suspended license, a left-turn violation and driving while not wearing a seat belt, filed April 24 by state police.
Patrick Duncan, 25, of Clearfield Township waived to court charges of theft, receiving stolen property, driving under the influence, and unauthorized use of vehicle registration, filed April 22 by state police.
Michele Gaiser, 38, of Adams Township pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct. Buffalo Township police filed the charge March 27. She was ordered to pay $429.50 in fines and court costs.
Eric Harvey. 19, of Buffalo Township was charged with driving under the influence and driving without insurance, filed May 11 by Buffalo Township police.
Paul Howard, 38, of State College, Centre County, waived to court charges of driving under the influence, filed May 17 by Penn Township police.
Gregory McWilliams, 19, of Allison Park, Allegheny County, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct. Middlesex Township filed the charges April 28. McWilliams was ordered to pay $419.50 in fines and court costs.
Mary Mancione, 40, of Center Township waived to court charges of driving under the influence and endangering the welfare of children, filed April 1 by Buffalo Township police.
Joshua Moser, 19, of Winfield Township waived to court charges of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, driving with a suspended license and driving an unregistered and uninsured vehicle, filed June 1 by Buffalo Township police.
Clint Mosley, 33, of Cowansville, Armstrong County, waived to court charges of driving under the influence, filed April 11 by Penn Township police.
Dennis Price, 50, of Bakerstown, Allegheny County, was held for court on charges of driving under the influence, careless driving and a turning violation, filed March 25 by Middlesex Township police.
Matthew Russin, 23, of Baden, Beaver County, waived to court charges of driving under the influence and careless driving, filed April 17 by Middlesex Township police.
Mark Smith, 25, of Cheswick, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of retail theft, receiving stolen property and conspiracy, filed Jan. 10 by Penn Township police.
Mary Summerville, 47, of Butler was held for court on charges of simple assault, harassment and trespass, filed April 10 by state police.
Tammy Warcholak, 39, of Ford City, Armstrong County, pleaded guilty to theft and possession of a controlled substance. The Butler County Drug Task Force filed charges on Feb. 2. Warcholak was ordered to pay $529.77 in fines, court costs and restitution.
David Wiltrout, 21, of Middlesex Township pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct. Middlesex Township police filed the charge Feb. 22. He was ordered to pay $429.50 in fines and court costs.
