CRANBERRY TWP - District Judge Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:

Mark David Karner, 31, of Harmony waived his case to court. He was charged July 6 by the Cranberry Township police with possession of a controlled substance.

Bryan Guffey, 24, no known address, had his case held to court. He was charged July 27 by the Cranberry Township police with robbery, flight to avoid apprehension, simple assault, retail theft, resisting arrest and criminal mischief.

Desiree Nicole Pauley, 18, of Freedom, Beaver County, waived her case to court. She was charged July 31 by the Cranberry Township police with retail theft, conspiracy to commit retail theft and making false identification to law enforcement officers.

Gabrielle M. Summerville, 19, of Monaca, Beaver County, waived her case to court. She was charged July 31 by the Cranberry Township police with retail theft, conspiracy to commit retail theft, making false identification to law enforcement officers, manfacturing/deliver/possession with the intent to manufacture or deliver narcotics and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.

EVANS CITY --- District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:Troy D. Smith, 30, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 25 by the Jackson Township police with accidents involving injury, driving under the influence of a controlled substance, driving with a suspended license and driving at unsafe speeds.Erica Anderson, 19, of Harmony waived her case to court. She was charged July 11 by the Zelienople police with two counts of theft by unlawful taking and two counts of receiving stolen property.Robert Gongloff, 39, of Ellwood City, Lawrence County, waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 13 by the Adams Township police with two counts of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and theft by unlawful taking.Brendan William O'Toole, 30, of Murraysville, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged April 1 by the Zelienople police with driving under the influence of alcohol, reckless driving, careless driving, following too closely and driving at unsafe speeds.Miguel Alehondro Rivera, 29, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged May 4 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, restrictions on alcoholic beverages, improper display plate and disregard of flashing red signal.Charles Rechel, 56, of Mars waived his case to court. He was charged June 1 by the Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, accidents involving damage to unattended property, failure to stop and give information or render aid and disorderly conduct.Todd A. Gilchrist, 52, of Evans City waived his case to court. He was charged July 13 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.
