SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:
Charles Bechtold, 58, of Indianola, Allegheny County, was held for court on charges of simple assault and harassment, filed Oct. 6 by state police.
John Klingensmith, 30, of Saxonburg pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct. The charge was reduced from a simple assault charge filed May 22 by state police. He was ordered to pay $179.50 in fines and court costs and attend anger management classes.
Donna Land, 29, of Saxonburg pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct. The charge was reduced from a simple assault charge filed May 22 by state police. She was ordered to pay $179.50 in fines and court costs and attend anger management classes.
Michael Moore, 35, Harrison City, Westmoreland County, waived to court charges of theft and bad checks, filed June 28 and Nov. 4 by Penn Township police.
Benjamin Revitsky, 23, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, speeding and a lane violation, filed Oct. 6 by Penn Township police.
Randy Rosen. 39, waived to court charges of driving under the influence, filed Sept. 26 by Penn Township police.
Randall Shetler, 29, of Butler was held for court on charges of driving under the influence, filed Sept. 26 by Penn Township police.
James Slimick Sr., 44, of Sarver was held for court on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Oct. 6 by state police.
Brian Szymkowiak, 21, of Cabot was held for court on charges of burglary, theft and trespass, filed Nov. 29 by Buffalo Township police.
