WORTH TWP — District Judge Lawrence Silvis recently heard these cases:

Marie Josephine Welton, 18, of 605 Barkeyville Road, Grove City, had her case held for court. Grove City Police charged Welton Dec. 20 with two counts of possession of small amounts of marijuana and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Todd G. Eshenbaugh, 35, of 108 Mohawk Drive, Sarver, had his case held for court. State police in Mercer charged Eshenbaugh Nov. 9 with two counts of bad checks and two counts of theft by deception.

Garth E. Runion II, 27, of Lynchburg, Va., had his case held for court. Grove City Police charged Runion Dec. 26 with firearms not to be carried without license.

Andrew William Wilder, 21, of Monroeville had his case held for court. Grove City Police charged Wilder Dec. 15 with driving under the influence, exceeding maximum speed limit and failure to yield to emergency vehicle.

EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard this cases:Raymond S. Trputec, 36, of Beaver Falls, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 19 by the Jackson Township police with receiving stolen property and theft by failure to make required disbursal of funds.
