Angela Flaherty Miller, 41, of Bethel Park, Allegheny County, waived her case to court. She was charged Oct. 31 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol.

EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:Michael Joseph Halich, 40, of Fombell, Beaver County, had his case held to court. He was charged Sept. 26 by the Zelienople police with two counts of theft by deception and two counts of writing bad checks.Jamie John, 26, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged Nov. 17 by the state police with burglary, criminal trespass, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.Douglas Edward Frishkorn, 28, of Harmony waived his case to court. He was charged Nov. 1 by the Zelienople police with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.Mark F. Holzer, 43, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged Nov. 2 by the Zelienople police with aggravated assault, simple assault and two counts of recklessly endangering another person.
