SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases filed by state police:
Fred Blumling, 31, of Butler waived to court charges of theft and unauthorized use of automobiles, filed Nov. 29.
Nancy Hinchberger, 38, of Penn Township was held for court on charges of conspiracy, possession of a controlled substance, possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, filed Jan. 6.
Joseph Rabenstein, 47, of Mars was held for court on charges of conspiracy, possession of a controlled substance, possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, filed Jan. 9.
Karl Schmidt, 45, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of driving under the influence, accidents involving damage to an attended vehicle , careless driving, failure to give information after an accident, and a turning violation, filed Sept. 12.
Mark Taladay, 48, of Punxsutawney waived to court charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of a small amount of marijuana, filed Dec. 12.
James Worsley, 35, of Butler pleaded guilty to two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. The charges were filed Nov. 9. He was ordered to pay $333.50 in fines and court costs.
