EVANS CITY —- District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:
Michael D. Hoffman, 59, of New Castle, Lawrence County, waived his case to court. He was charged March 29 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, reckless driving, limitations on driving on the left side of the road, approaching an intersection improperly, driving with an obstructed view, disregard of traffic lane and failing to obey turning movements and required signals.
Richard Stanley Kasha, 45, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged March 29 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, disregard of traffic lane, speeding and restrictions on alcoholic beverages.
Paige Lynn Taylor, 19, of Butler waived her case to court. She was charged March 20 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, disorderly conduct and failing to obey turning movements and required signals.
Michelle M. Gibson, 34, of Fombell, Beaver County, waived her case to court. She was charged March 7 by the Zelienople police with driving under the influence of alcohol, accidents involving damage to unattended property and failure to notify police immediately of an accident/damage.
