CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:

Gerald R. Shay, 27, of Seven Fields waived his case to court. He was charged April 6 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, disregard of traffic lane and failing to obey turning movements and required signals.

Thandie S. Newell, 41, of Cranberry Township had her case held to court. She was charged May 3 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and failure to keep right.

EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:Sandra Dee Hummel, 42, of Butler waived her case to court. She was charged Feb. 22 by the Evans City police with two counts of use/possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.Erica Beth Boltz, 26, Worthington, Armstrong County, waived her case to court. She was charged May 18 by the Evans City police with two counts each of use/possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.Richard J. Mahler, 52, of East Brady waived his case to court. He was charged May 8 by the Evans City police with driving under the influence of alcohol, careless driving and disregard of traffic lane.Michelle Maxine Macklin, 20, of Butler waived her case to court. She was charged April 26 by the state police with theft by unlawful taking.Ashley Nicol Oesterling, 19, of Butler waived her case to court. She was charged April 26 by the state police with theft by unlawful taking.Sylvia C. Bittel, 47, of Zelienople waived her case to court. She was charged May 8 by the Evans City police with driving under the influence of alcohol, disregard of traffic lane and careless driving.Robert J. Schleich, 43, of Wampum, Lawrence County, waived his case to court. He was charged May 3 by the Lancaster Township police with driving a commercial vehicle under the influence of alcohol, disregard of a traffic control device and violations of size/weight limits.
