SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:
Terry Jo Helfrich-Curboy, 38, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license, failure to yield to other traffic and driving a vehicle not inspected, filed June 3 by state police.
Bradley Mayberry, 42, of Saxonburg waived to court two counts of DUI in separate cases filed March 24 and June 3 by state police. He is also charged with driving with a suspended license, failure to yield to other traffic, not using turn signals, driving without headlamps on, and two counts of driving a vehicle not inspected.
Thomas Mellon Jr., 20, of Valencia waived to court charges of disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, escape, and flight to avoid apprehension, filed June 6 by Penn Township police.
Howard Mowery, 20, of Kittanning was held for court on charges of conspiracy, possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed June 5 by state police.
David Patterson, 24, of Cabot was held for court on charges of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, driving with a suspended license, and driving without headlamps on, filed April 21 by Buffalo Township police.
Justin Ritter, 20, of Kittanning was held for court on charges of conspiracy, possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed June 5 by state police.
Paul Sallach, 47, of Pittsburgh was held for court on charges of DUI, driving with a suspended license, driving on the wrong side of the road and careless driving, filed May 19 by Middlesex Township police.
Stacy Sisko, 35, of Harmony was held for court on charges of simple assault, harassment, public drunkenness, disorderly conduct, filed by Cranberry Township police.
Robert Woodruff, 25, of New Kensington waived to court charges of possession of a controlled substance filed May 1 by Buffalo Township police.
Heather Yount, 30, of Ford City waived to court charges of possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance, filed June 5 by state police.
