Matthew Steven Holder, 20, of New Cumberland, Cumberland County, waived to court a driving under the influence charge filed Feb. 12 by Slippery Rock Police.

Adam Christopher Smeal, 23, of Clearfield, Clearfield County, waived to court two counts of driving under the influence and receiving stolen property charges filed Feb. 26 by Slippery Rock Police.

Ethan Paul Brinks, 19, of Butler waived to court charges of simple assault, harassment, criminal mischief and trespassing filed March 5 by state police.

James C. Fear, 22, of Burton, Ohio, waived to court a driving under the influence charge filed March 21 by state police.

Colin D. Kreiger, 19, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of simple assault and resisting arrest filed March 27 by Slippery Rock University Police.
