BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O'Donnell recently heard these cases:

Joni Marie Lapcevich, 40, of Hermitage, Mercer County, pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed Feb. 5 by Butler Township police. Lapcevich was ordered to pay $441.50 in fines and court costs.

Nicholas S. Martini, 20, of West Sunbury waived to court charges of DUI, two counts of corruption of minors, furnishing alcohol to minors, underage drinking, possession of drug paraphernalia, minors prohibited from driving with alcohol in their system, driving too fast for conditions, reckless driving, failing to pull over for an emergency vehicle, and a flashing signal violation, filed Dec. 31 by Butler Township police.

Colby E. Nicholas, 22, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving, driving with faulty tires, and driving too fast for conditions, filed Dec. 6 by Butler Township police.

Jessica L. Piwonski, 26, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of retail theft, filed Feb. 19 by Butler Township police. Piwonski was ordered to pay $341.50 in fines and court costs.

Michelle L. Voelker, 30, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, driving without a license, criminal mischief, harassment, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness, filed Feb. 7 by Butler Township police.
