CRANBERRY TWP — Senior District Judge Joseph O'Donnell Jr. recently heard these cases filed by Cranberry Township police:

John Richard Huber Jr., 35, of Ambridge waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 25 with retail theft.

David Michael Diskin, 60, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 20 with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Glenn Henry Vankirk, 30, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged May 11 with retail theft.

EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases filed by Evans City police:John Joseph Riley, 38, of South Carolina waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 23 with criminal conspiracy, burglary, theft, theft by deception, forgery and receiving stolen property.James Andrew Lambert Jr., 40, of Wexford waived his case to court. He was charged March 10 with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with an obstructed registration plate.Michelle L. Ball, 25, of West Sunbury waived her case to court. She was charged April 28 with theft by deception.Arthur Massimiani Jr., 67, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged April 28 by Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol.
