BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O'Donnell recently heard these cases filed by Butler Township police:

Mario C. Boschele, 59, of Saxonburg was held for court on a charge of bad checks, filed May 27.

Jonathan L. Buchanan, 21, of Boyers was held for court on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed May 27.

Jenny L. Cox, 25, of Butler was held for court on a charge of bad checks, filed May 27.

Jason Crawshaw, 35, of Butler was held for court on a charge of bad checks, filed May 27.

Cinthia K. Lipscomb, 31, of Butler was held for court on a charge of bad checks, filed May 27.

Sean Michael McGuire, 21, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed June 2. McGuire was ordered to pay $396.50 in fines and court costs.

Herman R. Nelson, 43, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, careless driving and not stopping at a flashing traffic light, filed May 29.

Robert R. Saul, 20, of Butler pleaded guilty to charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, filed May 19. Saul was ordered to pay $546.50 in fines and court costs.

Quay D. Steffan, 32, of Butler was held for court on a charge of bad checks, filed May 28.
