CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by the state police:

James Calligan, 35, of Fenelton waived to court a charge of indecent assault, filed July 23.

Adam Geibel, 19, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, DUI by a minor, minors prohibited from driving with alcohol in their system, speeding and disregarding traffic lanes, filed June 23.

Lee Hamilton, 28, of East Brady waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving, a lane violation, driving with an improper license and not wearing required protective equipment, filed July 18.

Alan M. Jackson, 20, of Butler waived to court charges of simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct, filed July 21,

Charles E. Rieger, 56, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and making an improper left turn, filed July 21.
