EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:

Jason Allen Ayers, 26, of Evans City waived his case to court. He was charged May 4 by Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving an unregistered vehicle.

Douglas Eugene Thompson, 54, of Butler had his case held to court. He was charged April 27 by the state police with driving under the influence of a controlled substance and careless driving.

Beverly Michell Jackson, 38, of Seven Fields waived her case to court. She was charged April 27 by Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.

Thomas Friend, 18, of Baden waived his case to court. He was charged May 4 by Zelienople police with simple assault and harassment.

Justin Reese Altman, 21, of Harmony waived his case to court. He was charged March 23 by Evans City police with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Augustine J. Dunn, 18, of Harmony waived his case to court. He was charged May 10 by Jackson Township police with simple assault, possession of marijuana and disorderly conduct.
