Senior District Judge Joseph O'Donnell Jr. recently heard these cases filed by Cranberry Township police:
Sean Michael Matter, 30, of Emsworth waived his case to court. He was charged May 8 with retail theft and simple assault.
Brian L. Rezzetano, 37, of New Castle waived his case to court. He was charged May 31 with simple assault and harassment.
Lucas D. McConahy, 22, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged May 25 with simple assault, defiant trespass and harassment.
District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:Joyce R. Isles, 48, of Grove City waived her case to court. She was charged April 27 by state police with driving under the influence of alcohol and a controlled substance.Matthew Ray Lohr, 25, of Butler had his case held for court. He was charged June 3 by Adams Township police with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.Robert Charles Fleming, 23, of Midland waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 14 by Adams Township police with access device fraud, theft by deception and theft of services.Luke William Holland, 20, of Evans City waived his case to court. He was charged May 13 by state police with driving under the influence of alcohol.Richard A. Pepper, 49, of Wexford waived his case to court. He was charged April 20 by Adams Township police with theft by deception, receiving stolen property and writing bad checks.Robert Fleming II, no age given, of Midland waived his case to court. He was charged May 17 with writing bad checks.
