Dameine Austin, 34, of Butler was held for court on charges of simple assault and harassment, filed April 24 by state police.

Christine Clark, 40, of Sarver was held for court on charges of driving under the influence and a stop sign violation, filed April 25 by Saxonburg police.

Brett McElroy, 23, of Butler waived to court charges of theft by deception and tampering with records or identification, filed May 22 by Middlesex Township police.
