SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

Marcia Ann Berry, 54, of Butler waived to court a charge of bad checks, filed July 29 by Penn Township police

Timothy L. Livengood, 20, of Buffalo Township waived to court two counts each of burglary, trespass and criminal mischief, and charges of theft and access device fraud, filed in three separate cases Sept. 14 by Buffalo Township police.

Robert Charles Morgan, 49, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed May 3 by Penn Township police. Morgan was ordered to pay $544.50 in fines and court costs.

Melissa Lee Rezzetano, 39, of Cranberry Township was held for court on charges of stalking and two counts of harassment, filed May 31 by Penn Township police.

Travis J. Zaborowski, 19, of Lyndora was held for court on charges of burglary, trespass, two counts of theft, unauthorized use of a vehicle and corruption of minors, filed March 25 by Penn Township police.

CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:Xizhi Cai, 36, of Queens, N.Y., waived to court a charge of trademark counterfeiting, filed Sept. 13.Jiandong Chen, 27 of Queens, N.Y., waived to court a charge of trademark counterfeiting, filed Sept. 13.Jeffery Todd Kline, 40, of Brookville, Jefferson County, waived to court charges of robbery, terroristic threats, theft, receiving stolen property, reckless endangerment and simple assault, filed Sept. 13.Gerald Scott Mann, 23, of Chicora waived to court a charge of receiving stolen property, filed Sept. 4.Kevin T. Baker, 21, of Erie waived to court charges of driving under the influence and a lighting violation, filed Sept. 2 by Slippery Rock police.Brooke E. Bucowski, 19, of New Wilmington, Mercer County, waived to court charges of DUI, minors prohibited from having alcohol in their system, underage drinking and a lighting violation, filed Aug. 28 by Slippery Rock police.Vincent T. Ranalli of Monongahela, Washington County, waived to court charges of DUI and driving on the wrong side of the road filed Sept. 1 by Slippery Rock University police.
