EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:

Brittany Nichole Winters, 18, of Evans City had her case held for court. She was charged Aug. 11 by the Jackson Township police with possession of marijuana and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.

Sheen Marie O'Neil, 23, of Pittsburgh had her case held for court. She was charged Sept. 5 by the Jackson Township police with retail theft and filing a false police report.

Donald Arron Marks, 48, of Mars waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 27 by the Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.

Willford Joseph Charmley, 20, of Slippery Rock had his case held for court. He was charged Aug. 8 by the Jackson Township police with simple assault. A charge of making terroristic threats was dismissed.

Willford J. Charmley, 56, of Evans City had his case held for court. He was charged Aug. 11 by the Jackson Township police with possession of marijuana and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.

CRANBERRY TWP — Senior District Judge Joseph O'Donnell, Jr. recently heard these cases:Heather Marie Cornell, 26, of Freedom, Beaver County, waived her case to court. She was charged Aug. 19 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol, and driving without required headlights.Robert Anthony Sobolosky, 47, of Baden, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 19 by the Cranberry Township police with retail theft.Micah Emerson Zeigler, 26, of Harmony waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 26 by the Cranberry Township police with manufacture/delivery/possession with the intent to manufacture or deliver narcotics and possession of a controlled substance.Tyrone Latrell Campbell, 20, of East Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 28 by the Cranberry Township police with manufacture/delivery/possession with the intent to manufacture or deliver narcotics, possession of a controlled substance, criminal conspiracy, criminal use of a communication facility, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while license is suspended, presenting a fraudulent/fictitious driver's license and no turn signal.Derrick Guyton, 18, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 29 by the Cranberry Township police with manufacture/delivery/possession with the intent to manufacture or deliver narcotics, possession of a controlled substance, criminal conspiracy, criminal use of a communication facility and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.
