Jordan R. Atkison, 21, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, accidents involving damage to an attended vehicle or property and careless driving, filed Nov. 5.
Charles W. Brommer Jr., 32, of Butler waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed Nov. 23.
Jessie L. Dick, 30, of Prospect was held for court on a charge of bad checks filed Oct. 28.
Christopher A. Gratzinger, 22, an inmate at the Butler County Prison, waived to court two counts of false identification to law enforcement authorities and a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia in separate cases filed Nov. 19 and Dec. 3.
Steven R. Hovis, 26, of Butler waived to court charges of aggravated assault, possessing an instrument of crime, simple assault and disorderly conduct, filed Nov. 6.
Jamie L. John, 30, of Butler waived to court charges of theft and receiving stolen property, filed Oct. 26.
Michael R. Lucas, 41, of Butler waived to court charges of forgery, attempt to fraudulently acquire a controlled substance, possessing an instrument of crime, access device fraud, receiving stolen property and attempted possession of a controlled substance, filed Oct. 29.
Heath M. Morgano, 29, of Butler waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed Nov. 29.
Marcy L. Rudolph, 40, of Butler waived to court a charge of driving under the influence, filed Nov. 3.
Leila C. Ripoll, 20, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of burglary, conspiracy, trespass, theft and receiving stolen property, filed July 29. Ripoll, in a separate case filed July 29, waived to court six counts each of forgery, conspiracy, 11 counts of access device fraud, seven counts of receiving stolen property, and a charge of theft from a vehicle.
Michelle L. Robertson, 34, of Butler waived to court charges of retail theft, receiving stolen property, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving without insurance and driving with a suspended license, filed in separate complaints Nov. 12 and 23.
Michael A. Thomas Jr., 26, of Butler waived to court charges of aggravated assault, carrying a prohibited offensive weapon, simple assault and disorderly conduct, filed Nov. 6.
Jessica Lynn Trinkley waived to court four counts each of identity theft and access device fraud, six counts of conspiracy, and a lone count of theft and receiving stolen property, filed July 30.
