SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

Jeremy Dawson, 31, of Sarver waived to court charges of furnishing liquor to a minor, DUI, restrictions on alcoholic beverages, operating a vehicle without inspection and accidents involving damage to unattended property, filed Dec. 2 by Buffalo Township police.

Albert Falluccki, 50, of Mars waived to court a charge of criminal attempt, filed Jan. 4 by Penn Township police.

Jacob Lassinger, 22, of Saxonburg was held for court on a charge of DUI, filed Jan. 26 by Buffalo Township police.

Timothy Livengood, 20, of Sarver waived to court four counts of criminal mischief, three counts each burglary and criminal trespass, and two counts theft by unlawful taking, filed Jan. 25 by state police.

Joshua Sgourakis, 19, of Apollo waived to court charges of DUI and restrictions on alcoholic beverages, filed Nov. 10 by Buffalo Township police.

CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:Richard L. Beegle Jr., 42, of Beaver, Pa., waived to court charges of simple assault, reckless endangerment, harassment and criminal mischief, filed Feb. 3.Sandra Kuza, 52, of Grove City waived to court charges of driving under the influence, disorderly conduct, public drunkenness and careless driving, filed Dec. 2.
