SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

Alan Perine, 47, of Cabot waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving without a license and with a suspended license, driving without insurance and registration, driving an all-terrain vehicle on a street, driving at an unsafe speed, careless driving and reckless driving, filed May 14 by state police.

Amber Storey, 25, of Ellwood City waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving and not using low beams, filed April 20 by state police.

Wayne Vogel, 46, of Sarver pleaded guilty to a charge of harassment, filed July 16 by Buffalo Township police. Vogel was ordered to pay $302 in fines and court costs.
