William L. Hatfield, 29, of Butler waived to court charges of conspiracy to commit robbery and receiving stolen property, filed April 6 by Penn Township police.

Timothy N. Logan Jr., 23, of Brackenridge, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of driving under the influence and careless driving, filed March 18 by Buffalo Township police.

David A. Vriendt, 37, of Butler waived to court charges of robbery, conspiracy to commit robbery, theft and receiving stolen property, filed April 6 by Penn Township police.
