BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O’Donnell recently heard these cases:

Pamela R. Anderson, 59, of Slippery Rock pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed April 2 by township police. Anderson was ordered to pay $527.50 in fines and court costs.

Kelly M. Cross, 19, of Lyndora waived to court a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed May 16 by township police.

Sheri L. Davidson, 48, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving on the wrong side of the road, careless driving and faulty tires, filed May 29 by township police.

Lyndsy K. Day, 21, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, and careless driving, filed May 24 by township police.

Jeffrey E. Folk, 58, of Butler was held for court on charges of DUI and a lighting violation, filed May 29 by township police.

Tracey Jo Fresh, 47, of Butler waived to court charges of possessing with intent to deliver a controlled substance and possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed June 4 by the Butler County Drug Task Force.

Paul J. Guzzetti Jr., 30, of Lyndora was held for court on charges of DUI, running a red light, speeding, careless driving and driving without valid inspection, filed May 29 by township police.

Keith T. Hohman, 21, of Shelocta, County, Indiana County, waived to court a charge of possessing with intent to deliver a controlled substance and 12 counts of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed Dec. 20 by state police.

William A. Hohman, 28, of Shelocta, Indiana County, waived to court a charge of possessing with intent to deliver a controlled substance and 12 counts of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed Dec. 20 by state police.

Layne D. Kriebel, 25, of Parker waived to court charges of trespass, theft, receiving stolen property and unauthorized use of a vehicle, filed June 5 by township police.

Ashley M. Kudamik, 28, of Butler waived to court charges of possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, and retail theft, filed March 15 by township police.

Rachel R. Lewis, 21, of Butler waived to court charges of possessing a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, filed May 31 by the Butler County Drug Task Force.

Matthew E. Maire, 22, of Butler waived to court a charge of harassment, filed April 30 by township police.

John L. McClure, 30, of Butler waived to court charges of theft and receiving stolen property, filed April 23 by township police. McClure, in a separate case, waived to court a charge of retail theft, filed May 30 by township police.

Debra F. Micco, 44, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of retail theft, filed May 30 by township police. Micco was ordered to pay $457.50 in fines and court costs.

Nicholas J. Morabito, 18, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed April 26 by state police. Morabito was ordered to pay $357.50 in fines and court costs.

Sennie A. Northime, 27, of West Sunbury waived to court charges of trespass, theft, receiving stolen property, unauthorized use of a vehicle and driving with a suspended license, filed June 5 by township police.

Krystal A. Otto, 26, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed May 22 by state police. Otto was ordered to pay $519 in fines and court costs.

Jennifer N. Perdue, 35, of Butler waived to court two counts each of possessing with intent to deliver a controlled substance and possessing a controlled substance, and a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed May 31 by the Butler County Drug Task Force.

Timothy J. Pletcher, 34, of Lyndora waived to court charges of robbery, theft, receiving stolen property and harassment, filed June 6 by township police.

Jessica Shedio, 33, of Lyndora waived to court charges of theft, conspiracy to commit theft and receiving stolen property, filed May 30 by township police.

Taylor C. Stevenson, 19, of Evans City pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed April 26 by state police. Morabito was ordered to pay $357.50 in fines and court costs.

Michael G. Skovron, 28, of Erie waived to court charges of DUI, an open container violation and driving at an unsafe speed, filed April 18 by township police.

Jarron Williams, 29, of Lyndora waived to court charges of theft, conspiracy to commit theft and receiving stolen property, filed May 30 by township police.

Brooke R. Young, 18, of Sarver waived to court charges of possessing a small amount of marijuana and drug parpahernalia, filed May 11 by township police.
