SAXONBURG - District Justice Sue Haggerty recently ruled on these cases:

Jesse Cousins, 20, of 185 Hoon Road, Oakland Township, pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia, filed June 2 by Penn Township police.

Amelia Criswell, 50, of 330 Saxonburg Blvd., Clinton Township, waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving on the wrong side of the road and careless driving in Middlesex Township, filed Aug. 25 by state police.

Robert McCall, 36, of Tarentum, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of burglary, trespass, theft, receiving stolen property and conspiracy in Clinton Township, filed July 13 by state police.

Ezekeil Porter, 20, of Freeport waived to court charges of forgery and theft by deception, filed Aug. 16 by Buffalo Township police.

Jeremy Slobogian, 23, of 127 Christy Road, Clinton Township, waived to court these charges filed July 15 by Middlesex Township police: fleeing or attempting to elude police; altered, forged or counterfeit documents or plates, driving with a suspended license, driving without insurance, speeding, yield sign and turning violations, careless driving, driving on the wrong side of the road, and reckless driving,

Leslie Stachelek, 509 Crisswell Road, Penn Township, waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving an unregistered vehicle, driving without insurance or an inspection sticker, and driving on the wrong side of the road in Jefferson Township, filed Aug. 4 by state police.

David Yockey Jr., 41, of 410 Keppel Road, Buffalo Township, was held for court on charges of driving under the influence, driving without insurance, a turning violation and careless driving in Winfield Township, filed May 17 by state police.

CRANBERRY TWP --- District Justice Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:Kathryn Riley, 39, of Washington, Pa., waived her case to court. She was charged April 21 by Cranberry Township police with corruption of minors and selling alcohol to minors.David William Gillespie, 22, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 9 by township police with making a false police report and selling/furnishing liquor to minors.Andrew T. Wilmoth, 19, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 25 by township police with driving under the influence of alcohol general impairment, driving under the influence of alcohol while a minor, purchasing alcoholic beverages by a minor, resisting arrest, aggravated assault and speeding.Carrie Madaffari, 30, of Mars waived her case to court. She was charged Aug. 9 by Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol general impairment, driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content between 0.10 and 0.16 and speeding.Corrine Baker, 42, of Cranberry Township waived her case to court. She was charged July 28 by township police with driving under the influence of alcohol general impairment, driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content between 0.10 and 0.16, careless driving and disregard of traffic lane.Joseph Alva Taylor, 21, of Allison Park, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged June 9 by Cranberry Township police with writing bad checks.

EVANS CITY - District Justice Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:Deborah Ann Pfaff, 36, of Zelienople waived her case to court. She was charged Aug. 23 by Zelienople police with driving under the influence of alcohol general impairment, driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content above 0.16, illegal parking, failure to keep right and careless driving.Robert Martin Ritenour, 19, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 26 by Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol general impairment, driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content between 0.10 and 0.16, disregard to traffic lane and depositing waste on a highway.Eileen J. Sharek, 53, of Zelienople waived her case to court. She was charged Aug. 31 by Zelienople police with driving under the influence of alcohol general impairment, driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content above 0.16, careless driving and disregard of traffic lane.
