Police reports as of April 22
The following items have been collected from various police departments and district courts:
April 14 — Brian Charles Frazin, 54, of Valencia, was charged with misdemeanor being a habitual offender following a March 26 incident. Police said Frazin was driving a vehicle with someone else’s registration plate and insurance while his license was suspended.
April 14 — Ryan Jacob Seybert, 36, of Leechburg, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts and misdemeanor operating without an ignition interlock following a March 21 traffic stop. Police said Seybert was driving without an ignition interlock, a device that prevents someone from operating a vehicle if it detects alcohol on their breath, and had a blood alcohol content of 0.109%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
April 21 — Max Glazer, 34, of Valencia, was charged with misdemeanor operating without an ignition interlock following a March 19 traffic stop. Police said Glazer was driving without an ignition interlock, a device that prevents someone from operating a vehicle if it detects alcohol on their breath.
April 16 — Elizabeth Ann Stevenson, 40, of Gibsonia, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of controlled substance possession and drug paraphernalia possession following an April 7 incident. Police said Stevenson had at least nine stamp bags of controlled substances, a plastic straw and burned tin foil.
April 16 — Ashley Lynn Berry, 39, of Butler, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of controlled substance possession and drug paraphernalia possession following an April 7 incident. Police said Berry had three stamp bags of controlled substances, a crack pipe and metal straw.
April 16 — Eddie Lamont Winphrie Jr., 21, of Youngstown, Ohio, was charged with felony possession with intent to deliver controlled substances following a July 31 incident in Butler. Police said Winphrie had more than seven grams of methamphetamine.
April 22 — Jorden Robert Bessell, 39, of New Castle, was charged with misdemeanor accident involving damage following an April 10 crash. Police said Bessell struck a vehicle and left the scene.
April 22 — Robert John Avondo, 61, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault following an April 21 incident. Police said Avondo grabbed a woman’s neck and got on top of her.
April 22 — Timothy James Pletcher, 48, of Lyndora, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of controlled substance possession and drug paraphernalia possession following an April 3 traffic stop. Police said Pletcher had several loose pieces of suspected crack cocaine and a glass smoking pipe.
April 22 — Betty Jo McGinnis, 49, of Lyndora, was charged with misdemeanor controlled substance possession following an April 3 traffic stop. Police said McGinnis had suspected crack cocaine.
April 22 — Justin Allen Myers, 36, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor drug paraphernalia possession following an April 2 incident. Police said Myers had a glass smoking pipe.
April 22 — Douglas Steven Dittmer, 58, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a March 6 crash. Police said Dittmer had a blood alcohol content of 0.166%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
April 22 — Todd Elvis Putman, 63, of Erie, was charged with misdemeanor being a habitual offender following a March 20 traffic stop. Police said Putman was driving on a suspended license and had seven prior offenses.
April 2 — Bret Allen Dunhoff, 53, of Mars, was charged with misdemeanor trespass following a March 29 incident. Police said Dunhoff was at Target after being told not to return.
April 7 — Harrison Toney Gatewood, 51, of Memphis, Tenn., was charged with one misdemeanor count each of theft and receiving stolen property following a March 28 incident. Police said Gatewood received $200 from Walmart using deceptive means.
April 10 — Myla Nora Rose Bermudez, 22, of Pittsburgh, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of retail theft and receiving stolen property following a Feb. 18 incident. Police said Bermudez stole $704.93 in merchandise from Walmart.
April 9 — Skye Alexis Sankey, 35, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following an April 8 crash. Police said Sankey had a blood alcohol content of 0.214%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
April 14 — Zachary Daniel Parr, 23, of Orrtanna, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of theft and receiving stolen property following an April 6 incident. Police said Parr stole a vehicle registration plate.
April 7 — Police investigated a single-vehicle crash near 210 Needle Point Road in Forward Township. Police said Robert R. McGee Jr., 35, of New Brighton, was driving a GMC Sierra when he left the road and struck a utility pole and embankment, then overturned into Connoquenessing Creek. He was transported to Butler Memorial Hospital with suspected injuries to his right shoulder.
April 13 — Roman Guadarrama Jr., 58, of Slippery Rock, was charged with felony strangulation and misdemeanor simple assault following an April 12 incident in Slippery Rock Township. Police said Guadarrama put his hands around a woman’s neck.
April 13 — Oscar Cosme Jr., 46, of Renfrew, was charged with two misdemeanor counts of drug paraphernalia possession and one misdemeanor count each of disorderly conduct and marijuana possession following an April 12 incident in Slippery Rock Township. Police said Cosme had a glass smoking pipe, a metal pipe, a small amount of marijuana and was under the influence of controlled substances.
April 13 — Joan Adrianne Kuglics, 50, of Fombell, was charged with two misdemeanor counts of marijuana possession and one misdemeanor count each of disorderly conduct and making or selling weapons following an April 12 incident in Slippery Rock Township. Police said Kuglics had two THC vape pens, brass knuckles and was under the influence of controlled substances.
April 14 — Kelly Lynn Bookhamer, 47, of West Sunbury, was charged with misdemeanor DUI following a March 14 incident in Center Township. Police said Bookhamer tested positive for Gabapentin.
April 14 — Joseph Matthew Criley, 38, of Chicora, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of controlled substance possession and drug paraphernalia possession following a March 9 traffic stop in Cherry Township. Police said Criley had a glass smoking pipe and methamphetamine.
April 14 — William Earl Milbert Jr., 39, of East Butler, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault following an April 13 incident in Chicora. Police said Milbert punched a woman in the face five times.
April 14 — Jeffrey Thomas Gordon, 59, of Monaca, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a March 19 incident in Center Township. Police said Gordon had a blood alcohol content of 0.182%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
April 14 — Michael John Chiappini, 57, of San Antonio, Texas, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a March 7 traffic stop in Center Township. Police said Chiappini tested positive for cocaine.
April 14 — Tyler David Mohler, 35, of West Sunbury, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault following an April 14 incident in East Butler. Police said Mohler shoved a woman to the ground multiple times and into a bathtub.
April 16 — Police investigated a single-vehicle crash on Interstate 79 southbound in Muddy Creek Township. Police said Selena M. Elliott, 20, of Aurora, Ohio, was driving a Pontiac Grand Am when she struck a guide rail. She was transported to UPMC Passavant Hospital in Cranberry Township with suspected minor injuries.
April 20 — Rebecca Lynn Allison, 61, of Butler, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and criminal mischief following an April 19 incident in Center Township. Police said Allison refused to identify herself and attempted to damage a fingerprint machine.
April 20 — Anthony Dillon Grafton, 22, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following an April 11 traffic stop in Jefferson Township. Police said Grafton had a blood alcohol content of 0.112%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
April 20 — Tyler James Blystone, 24, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault following an April 14 incident in Center Township. Police said Blystone pulled a firearm on six people.
April 20 — Kelly Ann Crawford, 39, of East Brady, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of DUI and drug paraphernalia possession following an April 6 incident in Chicora. Police said Crawford had a glass smoking pipe and showed signs of impairment.
April 16 — Jeremy William Hays, 32, of Fombell, was charged with misdemeanor driving on a suspended license following an April 7 traffic stop. Police said Hays was driving while his license was suspended.
