Butler walks off with 2-1 win over Indians

Kat Rudolph drove in the winning run with a single in the bottom of the seventh inning to lead Butler to a 2-1 section win over North Hills Friday afternoon.

The game-winning hit made a winner out of Ali Graham in the circle. Graham scattered eight hits over seven innings.

Graham also had a RBI single for the Golden Tornado.

Cody Schnur had 12 kills and Tyler Rankin added 35 assists as Butler swept Beaver County Christian School 25-12, 25-18, 25-18.

The Golden Tornado improved to 13-1 and will host undefeated North Allegheny Tuesday.

Grove City received three 6-0, 6-0 wins on the way to a 5-0 sweep over Kennedy Catholic.

Sharon 6, Slippery Rock 4 — David Duffalo had a run-scoring single for the Rockets in this Thursday game, but a four-run Sharon sixth inning made the difference.
