Granddad, I am Cameron John Dague, your newest grandson.

I was born May 28, 2009.

I wish I could have met you.

Mom (Elizabeth) and Grandma keep telling me how much you would have loved me.

I know you would be a wonderful Granddad.

I'm sorry I will never get to know you.

Thanks for watching over me and my cousins.

John, I can't believe it's been 10 years since you were taken from us.

The loneliness is overwhelming at times.

I keep thinking it should get better.

It does when I'm holding or playing with our grandchildren, but then I miss you more.

I see you in all of them.

You should be here to enjoy Jack, Paige, Kaitlyn and Cameron.

It is so wrong.

There is NO reason for you not to be here.

Some people choose not to be around their families.

You lived for yours.

The kids and I will love you forever.

I will always have a hole in my heart that can never be filled.
