Dec. 6 — Kalin S. Snyder, 26, of Slippery Rock, was charged with a first-offense DUI following a July 2 vehicle crash on Crown Hill Road in Prospect.Police said they saw multiple open containers of alcohol in the vehicle, and Snyder, the driver, smelled of alcohol. Police said field sobriety tests showed Snyder was impaired.Police said a later breath test showed Snyder's blood-alcohol content was .109%, and in Pennsylvania a level of .08% is considered intoxicated.
