SENTENCES

Common Pleas Court Judge William R. Shaffer handed down sentences in a number of criminal cases Thursday in court.

Aleine Hughes, 50, of Pittsburgh, was sentenced to pay $144 in restitution to Walmart after pleading guilty to charges of retail theft and defiant trespass filed by Cranberry Township police following a September 2020 incident.

Christina Maria Lang, 29, of Berlin Center, Ohio, was sentenced to serve two concurrent terms of probation for 12 months after pleading guilty to charges of simple assault and resisting arrest filed by Butler City police following an incident in March.

Jose Luis Rosado, 39, of Oil City, was sentenced to serve six months of probation and pay $19.99 in restitution after pleading guilty to a charge of retail theft filed by state police following an incident in January.

Jason Clark Blystone Jr., 23, of Valencia, was sentenced to serve 12 months of probation and pay $950 in restitution to the Greenview Garden Apartments after pleading guilty to charges of simple assault and criminal mischief filed by Butler City police following a July 2019 incident.

Stephen Troyer, 34, of Harrisville was sentenced to serve six months of probation, pay fines totaling $500 and complete alcohol highway safety school and litter pickup after pleading guilty to his first DUI and possession of a charge of small amount of marijuana filed by state police following a December 2020 incident.

Noah Gordon Skelley, 20, of Slippery Rock, was sentenced to serve 18 months of probation after pleading guilty to a charge of theft by unlawful taking filed by state police in June 2020.

Lisa Lennell Fountain, 39, of Pittsburgh, was sentenced to serve two consecutive terms of nine months probation after pleading guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct filed by Butler Township police in August 2020 and a separate count of disorderly conduct filed by Cranberry Township police in December 2020.

Gianna Rae Tartaglia, 28, of Slippery Rock, was sentenced to serve six months of probation after pleading guilty to a charge of false identification to law enforcement filed by state police in May 2019.
