Dear Dad,

It’s been a year now since we all said our goodbyes.

Painful as it was, we all knew it was an end to your suffering and a new beginning to your wonderful life in heaven.

It has also been a year without hearing your calming voice, seeing your beautiful smile, and feeling your warm hugs and kisses.

This has not been easy for us.

Yet, Dad, we know you are above. You send us little signs, showing us you are in heaven rejoicing in the company of all the loved ones who went before you.

We are ok with this Dad. Although we miss you so much and our hearts are in great pain, we know we are only sharing you with all the others above until we rejoin you on some future glorious day.
