Elk foundation to hold banquet
The North Pittsburgh chapter of the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation will hold its annual banquet on Aug. 22. It will be at 5 p.m. at the Four Points Sheraton in Warrendale.
A dinner, raffles, silent auction and other festivities will round out the banquet. The foundation's mission is to preserve the natural habitat of the wild elk.
