Jessica Kelley had nine kills and eight blocks and Zoe Pawlak added 11 kills, eight blocks, 10 points and four aces as Freeport rolled to a 25-18, 25-11, 25-17 win over Quaker Valley in the WPIAL Class AA volleyball playoffs at Freeport Thursday night.

Alexis Schrecengost added nine kills, three blocks and 12 points and Grace Ward 19 points for the Yellowjackets, who will take on Central Valley Tuesday at a site and time to be determined in the quarterfinals.

Knoch 3, Blackhawk 0 — Mary Zellhart had 16 service points and five kills as the Knights rolled to a 25-17, 25-14, 25-8 victory over Blackhawk in the WPIAL Class AA playoffs at Hopewell.

Celina Sanks added 13 kills for Knoch (15-2), who will play Thomas Jefferson Tuesday at a site and time to be determined in the quarterfinals.

Grove City 3, Hickory 0 — Corianne Hyduchak had 12 kills and Arianna Sprando 21 assists as the Eagles wrapped up a region title with a 26-24, 25-21, 25-14 sweep of Hickory.

McKenzie Fagan added 10 blocks and Jordyn Wyllie seven kills and eight blocks for Grove City, which will open the District 10 playoffs next week.

A-C Valley 3, Clarion-Limestone 0 — Melanie Lewis had 14 assists and Morgan Cratty added six aces, six kills and five blocks as the Falcons closed the regular season with a 25-7, 25-16, 25-11 win over Clarion-Limestone.

A-C Valley (11-5) will travel to Brockway to open the District 9 Class A playoffs Tuesday.
