Police reports as of April 16
The following items have been collected from various police departments and district courts:
April 8 — Kiera Paige Emigh, 24, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor drug paraphernalia possession following an April 8 traffic stop. Police said Emigh had a glass smoking pipe.
April 8 — Michael Christopher Bastian, 29, of Evans City, was charged with misdemeanor evading arrest following a March 27 incident in Connoquenessing Township. Police said Bastian ran from police executing a warrant.
April 10 — John Richard Kohlbrenner, 18, of Evans City, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of institutional vandalism and disorderly conduct following a March 18 incident. Police said Kohlbrenner broke a vape detector in a Seneca Valley Senior High School bathroom.
April 7 — Aidan Bradley Bittler, 20, of Johnsonburg, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of simple assault and disorderly conduct following a March 8 incident. Police said Bittler was involved in an altercation in a Sheetz parking lot.
April 6 — Raymond Edward Virgili, 85, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor trespass following a Jan. 20 incident in Center Township. Police said Virgili was on private property without permission.
April 6 — Grant Earl Young, 36, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault following a Jan. 20 incident in Center Township. Police said Young punched a man in the face.
April 6 — Kellie Lynn Horne, 41, of Butler, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of drug paraphernalia possession and retail theft following a March 21 incident in Center Township. Police said Horne had paraphernalia with suspected drug residue and stole $239.61 in merchandise from Dunham’s Sports.
April 7 — James Christopher McKissick II, 37, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor DUI following a Jan. 13 traffic stop in Franklin Township. Police said McKissick showed signs of impairment.
April 7 — William Elmer Lunn Jr., 49, of Portersville, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of identity theft and access device fraud following a March 19 incident in Slippery Rock Township. Police said Lunn withdrew money from someone else’s bank account without permission.
April 8 — Ian James Steward, 28, of Evans City, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a Feb. 1 traffic stop in Seven Fields. Police said Steward had a blood alcohol content of 0.089%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
April 10 — Jay Edward Vinroe, 60, of Renfrew, was charged with two misdemeanor counts each of DUI and driving while suspended following an April 9 traffic stop in Summit Township. Police said Vinroe was driving while DUI suspended and had a blood alcohol content of 0.181%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
