Police reports as of April 10
The following items have been collected from various police departments and district courts:
April 1 — Kelly Denise Hanlon, 57, of Valencia, was charged with a misdemeanor accident involving damage following a Feb. 2 crash. Police said Hanlon crashed into a vehicle and left the scene.
April 1 — Tasha Elaine Lutz, 35, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor controlled substance possession following a March 30 incident. Police said Lutz had MDMA, more commonly known as ecstasy.
April 1 — Jennifer Elizabeth Thomas, 36, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor drug paraphernalia possession following an April 1 incident. Police said Thomas had nine stamp bags and three broken crack pipes.
April 1 — Terrence Darnell Fields Jr., 32, of Butler, was charged with felony witness intimidation following a March 25 incident. Police said Fields told a witness to avoid testifying in a criminal case.
April 2 — Blake Jeffrey Myers, 31, in Butler, was charged with three misdemeanor DUI counts following a March 30 incident. Police said Myers had a blood alcohol content of 0.254%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
April 2 — Christopher Michael Codispot, 36, of Butler, was charged with felony firearms not to be carried without a license following a March 30 traffic stop. Police said Codispot was concealing a firearm without a permit.
April 2 — Daniel William Wilhelm, 51, of Lyndora, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of controlled substance possession, drug paraphernalia possession and marijuana possession following a March 23 traffic stop. Police said Wilhelm had a crack rock, a glass smoking pipe and prerolled marijuana cigarettes.
April 2 — Shaddi Jamal Shanaa, 32, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts and one misdemeanor count each of retail theft, criminal conspiracy, controlled substance possession and drug paraphernalia possession following a Jan. 9 traffic stop. Police said Shanaa stole $398.11 in merchandise from Target, had a stamp bag of heroin and tested positive for fentanyl and methamphetamine.
April 2 — Brittany Jean Boring, 34, of Butler, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of retail theft and criminal conspiracy following a Jan. 9 traffic stop. Police said Boring stole $398.11 in merchandise from Target.
April 1 — Jonathan Chester Gibson, 33, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor DUI following a March 27 crash in Oakland Township. Police said Gibson showed signs of impairment.
April 1 — Joshua Glenn, 34, of Chicora, was charged with misdemeanor controlled substance possession following a March 26 incident. Police said Glenn had 1.4 grams of cocaine.
April 1 — James Fitzpatrick, 50, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a Feb. 27 traffic stop in Penn Township. Police said Fitzpatrick had a blood alcohol content of 0.264%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
April 1 — Antoine Taraun Ma Baker, 29, of Sharon, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of terroristic threats and harassment following a March 15 incident in Jefferson Township. Police said Baker went to a woman’s home and threatened to kill her.
April 2 — Chad W. Brain, 50, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a Dec. 20 crash in Center Township. Police said Brain had a blood alcohol content of 0.2%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
April 2 — Robert Lynn Grossman, 60, of Slippery Rock, was charged with felony strangulation and misdemeanor simple assault following an April 2 incident in Slippery Rock Township. Police said Grossman put his hand over a woman’s mouth and caused a wound on her hand.
April 2 — Steven Paul McGinty, 36, of Slippery Rock, was charged with two felony DUI counts following a Feb. 21 incident in Center Township. Police said McGinty tested positive for cocaine and marijuana.
