CRANBERRY TWP --- District Judge Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:

Thomas W. Miller, 25, of Pittsburgh had his case held for court. He was charged May 5 by Butler County detectives with two counts of attempted manufacturing-delivery-possession with the intent to manufacture or deliver narcotics, two counts of possession of a controlled substance and two counts of attempted manufacturing-delivery-possession with the intent to manufacture or deliver narcotics.

Derrick Davis, 37, of Youngstown, Ohio, waived his case to court. He was charged May 20 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a suspended license, disregard of traffic lane and accident involving damage to unattended vehicle or property.

Robert Gene Lazaro, Jr., 48, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged April 27 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, operating a vehicle without a proper inspection, driving an unregistered vehicle and careless driving.

Ashley Nichole Marsano, 19, of Ellwood City, Lawrence County, waived her case to court. She was charged April 13 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, disregard of traffic lane and use-possession of drug paraphernalia.

Michael Alan Farren, 30, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 22 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, fleeing or attempting to allude officers, driving with a suspended license, resisting arrest, speeding, failing to obey turning movements and required signals and careless driving.

Deontae A. McDowell, 19, of Beaver Falls, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged May 20 by Butler County detectives with two counts of manufacturing-delivery-possession with the intent to manufacture or deliver narcotics and possession of a controlled substance.

WORTH TWP - These cases recently came before District Judge Lawrence Silvis:Duran M. Seawright, 21, of Erie pleaded guilty. He was charged by state police on April 26 for possession of marijuana. The charge stems from an incident on April 13 after a traffic stop on Interstate 80 in Deer Creek Township, Mercer County. Seawright was ordered to pay $315 in lab fees and restitution.Frank S. Checho, 25, of Bangor, Pa., had his case held for court. He was charged by state police with possession of drug paraphernalia on May 3 on I-80 in Wolf Creek Township, Mercer County.Roland Askerneese, 48, of Pittsburgh had his case held for court. He was charged by state police with driving under the influence on April 8 on state Route 80 in Pine Township, Mercer County.Omar R. Fortune, 26, of Lansing, Mich., had his case held for court. He was charged by state police with possession of drug paraphernalia on May 3 on I-80 in Wolf Creek Township, Mercer County.Anthony R. Pachell, 26, of Pittsburgh had his case held for court. He was charged by state police with possession with intent to deliver, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and speeding on April 3 on state Route 79 in Jackson Township, Mercer County.
