ERIE - The School of Engineering at Penn State Erie, The Behrend College, has signed an agreement with Butler County Community College.

Effective immediately, students who earn an associate degree in one of BC3’s science and technology programs and meet Behrend’s program requirements are eligible to transfer to the school to complete their four-year engineering degree.

Penn State Behrend offers degrees in electrical engineering, computer and electrical engineering technology, mechanical engineering, mechanical engineering technology, plastics engineering technology and software engineering.

Penn State Behrend’s School of Engineering is nationally recognized as a top 50 school for its undergraduate engineering programs.
