BUTLER TWP - District Judge Kevin O'Donnell recently heard these cases:

Justin R. Altman, 21, of Harmony was held for court on charges of driving under the influence, minors prohibited from driving with alcohol in their system, underage drinking, racing on highways, careless driving and reckless driving, filed March 6 by state police.

Heather L. Baldwin, 19, of Butler waived to court a charge of retail theft, filed Feb. 25 by Butler Township police.

Nicholas J. Frabotta Jr., 34, of New Wilmington, Mercer County, pleaded guilty to a charge of theft be deception, filed Feb. 23 by Butler Township police. Frabotta was ordered to pay $449.50 in fines and court costs.

Kayla Michelle Guthrie, 20, of Lyndora waived to court charges of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, retail theft, conspiracy and receiving stolen property, filed March 11 by Butler Township police.

Sabrina Diane Guthrie, 18, of Lyndora waived to court charges of retail theft, conspiracy and receiving stolen property and possession of drug paraphernalia, filed March 11 by Butler Township police.

David L. King Sr., 47, of Lyndora waived to court charges of DUI, reckless endangerment, driving too fast for conditions and careless driving, filed March 4 by state police.

Ronald Glen Lyons Jr., 27, of New Castle waived to court charges of theft and conspiracy, filed March 9 by Butler Township police.

Sharon J. Metts, 53, of Butler waived to court charges of theft and receiving stolen property, filed March 9 by Butler Township police.

Carrie Lynn Reid, 32, of Butler waived to court charges of theft and conspiracy, filed March 9 by Butler Township police.

Sabrina Sennett, 36, of Brackenridge, Allegheny County, waived to court two counts each of retail theft, conspiracy, receiving stolen property, and defiant trespass, in a pair of separate cases filed March 11 and 16 by Butler Township police.

Leonard E. Teuteberg, 23, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, driving without a license and with a suspended license, and a lighting violation, filed March 16 by state police.

CHICORA - District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:Travis F. Fair, 18, of Butler waived to court charges of theft and theft of lost property, filed Feb. 17.Joseph Earl Saeler, 39, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license, driving an unregistered and uninspected vehicle, speeding, driving without insurance, failing to display his registration card and a lighting violation, filed March 16.Cory J. Shoup, 27, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Dec. 30. Shoup was ordered to pay $248 in fines and court costs.Stacy E. Wallace, 37, of Zelienople waived to court charges of identity theft, three counts of access device fraud and four counts of theft by deception, filed March 6.Dale Yarger, 53, of Karns City waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving, filed March 13.
