BUTLER TWP — Butler County Community College will have an information session for adult students from 6 to 7 p.m. Monday in the admissions office at the Student Success Center on main campus.

The session is for students beginning their education, returning to college or changing careers. Visitors can get information on academic programs and support services tailored to the needs of adult students.

Although the session is targeted to adult students, it is open to any prospective BC3 students.

Call the admissions office at 724-284-8501 to reserve a space.

Parking meters on the streets and in parking lots in Butler, including the tier garage, will be free from Monday through Dec. 25, the city announced Thursday.The two-hour parking limit, permit-only parking and all other parking restrictions still will be enforced.This change is being done to promote shopping downtown before Christmas.
