Butler County's great daily newspaper

Mr. Perry and his exclamation marks

Rick,

You just dont get it do you? All you say is that we are all wrong about Butler football and you are right...its a very poor attitude.

A losing season is a losing season you say, but when it comes down to cutting the rug, you just want your boy on the field - you could careless if they go winless as long as your son plays.

Just a little story about school size - Karns City kills teams in the KSAC and they are better than AC-Valley and Clarion by a ton...we only got to play them in hoops my junior year and they went close to 20 wins in the KSAC and we won 7 games the whole season, but we beat them by 20 points...now i know your gonna say thats 2 different sports, but basketball is only 5 guys, you dont need 11 on the field at once...plainly put AC Valley and Clarion would get beat by 30 points by the Montour Spartans.

You are out of you mind Clarion football would never beat Butler, no matter how bad they are. You say talent is talent and your boy produced somewhere else?? What did he do...just curious what kind of "stud" we are dealing with.

You say i know nothing because i dont have a child playing sports in Butler...I would hope i dont have a child playing sports at Butler - Im 20 years old and graduated in 2004 - so I know what its like, but in your isolated world, my opinion doesnt matter b/c i dont have a kid

That shows lack of class, I think you need to grow up...

And as far as people not going to conditioning and functions all summer, i went to that stuff for 3 sports all summer and yah, some of the elite athletes didnt go all the time, i mean they were cheating themselves, but had so much God-given talent it didnt matter, they were the best in the system...life isnt fair Mr. Perry...deal with it!

Move on and quit living your dreams through your son's life...
