Ruby (Wagner) Kriebel, 95, of Harmony, formerly of Evans City, passed away Thursday, March 26, 2026.

She was born in Sligo, Pa., on Jan. 27, 1931, daughter of the late Thomas and Ethalinda (Rankin) Wagner.

Ruby graduated from Sligo High School and was a devoted mother and homemaker. She was known for being kind, loving and creative. Ruby enjoyed crochet, reading, collecting and visiting local flea markets. She also loved to watch Pirates games.

Ruby was the beloved wife of the late Carl Kriebel, whom she married June 1, 1949, until his passing; mother of Carl (Ruth), Cheri (Butch), Pam (Gary) and Linda (Rick); grandmother of 10; great-grandmother of 20; and great-great-grandmother of two.

Along with her parents and husband, Ruby was preceded in death by her son, John; daughter-in-law, Kathy; siblings, Jim and Ralph Wagner, Shirley McGuire, Rose Daniels and Judy Gourley; and her granddaughter, Megan Gibson.

KRIEBEL — All services for Ruby (Wagner) Kriebel, who died Thursday, March 26, 2026, will be held privately through SPENCER D. GEIBEL FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, 140 New Castle Road, Butler.
