Miller Minutes: ‘Hippity hop to enjoy the candy and camaraderie’
Peter Cottontail isn’t too far away. In fact, he is making pit stops all throughout Butler this weekend!
Several organizations will be hosting Easter egg hunts in his honor, and I was wondering if anyone attending them could help me out …
You see, I am too old to attend any hunts this year (but, I have “eggcellent” egg-finding strategies if any younger readers need pointers). This prevents me from asking a question that has plagued me for years. So, if anyone would be so bold, I would appreciate it if they could ask the question of him in my absence and report the findings.
Here is the question, and I need it phrased exactly this way: Mr. Easter Bunny, where do you get the eggs from?
I didn’t think the Easter Bunny laid eggs. Do you make them in a workshop? Do you steal them from unsuspecting candy chickens? How do you crack open the shell without shattering it?
If you need me, I’ll be pondering these thoughts while the rest of you hippity hop to enjoy the candy and camaraderie this weekend holds!
