Pawlowicz

Rosemary A. Pawlowicz, 85, of Butler, passed away Thursday, March 19, 2026.

She was born in Butler on Aug. 5, 1940, daughter of the late Leon and Mary (Ragan) Pawlowicz. Rosemary graduated from Butler High School. She worked for Nationwide in the accounting department.

Rosemary was a very active member of St. Stanislaus and St. Fidelis Roman Catholic churches. She was a member of the Lady’s Guild of St. Stanislaus and St. Fidelis Roman Catholic churches and the Catholic Daughters of America.

Rosemary enjoyed bowling, gardening and baking extravagant birthday cakes for her nieces and nephews. She was an animal lover and was a longtime caregiver for her mother, Mary.

She is survived by her sisters-in-law, Carol and Sharon Pawlowicz; and multiple nieces, nephews, great and great-great nieces and nephews.

Along with her parents, Rosemary was preceded in death by her brothers, Edward, Thomas and Joseph Pawlowicz.

PAWLOWICZ — Family and friends of Rosemary A. Pawlowicz, who died Thursday, March 19, 2026, will be received from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday, March 26, at SPENCER D. GEIBEL FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, 140 New Castle Road, Butler. A blessing service will immediately follow in the funeral home.

Burial will be held privately.
