FRANKLIN TWP — At their monthly meeting on Monday night, March 16, the board of supervisors gave local construction company Specialty Precast the green light to go ahead with development plans for a new building for its production facilities on Unionville Road.

According to company owner Al Grady, the plans for the new building were in the works for some time, but approval was delayed due to a series of technicalities.

Grady added that the retention pond included in the land development plan will also support an additional building which is set to begin work in “a couple of years.”
