Donna I. Donaldson, 79, of Butler, passed away Saturday, Feb. 28, 2026.

She was born in Butler on Feb. 25, 1947, daughter of the late Pete and Betty (Arnold) Crevar.

She graduated from Western Pennsylvania Business School, where she majored in IBM punch card machines. Donna started her career with the U.S. Department of Agriculture, then worked at other various government agencies before retiring as Butler Township secretary.

Donna was passionate about music, even attending Woodstock, her favorites included Bob Dylan and the Rolling Stones. She enjoyed flower gardening and antiquing and she was active with homeless cat charities.

Donna was known for being fun, kind, thoughtful and fiercely independent.

She is survived by her son, Peter (Dina) Donaldson; and her brother, Bob Crevar.

DONALDSON — All services for Donna I. Donaldson, who died Saturday, Feb. 28, 2026, were held privately through SPENCER D. GEIBEL FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, 140 New Castle Road, Butler.
