Casandra ‘Cassie’ Sarvey

Sarvey

It is with great sadness and heartbreak that we share the passing of our beloved daughter, sister, aunt and friend, Casandra Kay “Cassie” Fleeger Sarvey, on Tuesday, Feb. 24, 2026.

Cassie was born in Butler on April 1, 1980, daughter of the late Paul Charles Fleeger Jr. and Mary Kay Gonda Fleeger Bell.

Cassie graduated from Butler High School in 1998. She was also a graduate of Leadership Butler County. She held various positions, including banking, administrative office and waitressing. Cassie had a vibrant personality, loved life and had a loud, infectious laugh. She enjoyed music, reading, lottery tickets and spending time with her family and friends. Her most treasured relationships were with her nieces, Leighton and Adley Fleeger.

Along with her mother, Mary Kay (Keith) Bell, she is survived by her brother, Landon (Andrea) Fleeger; her dear nieces, Leighton and Adley Fleeger; her godparents, Walter and Connie Hinton; her special aunt, Joann (Troy) Hinchberger; uncle, Michael (Michele) Gonda; and aunt, Donna Crawford; along with many aunts, uncles and cousins on both sides of her family. She is also survived by her companion, Dave Gall, and his mother, Mary Gall, with whom she made her home.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by aunts, June (Thomas) Kramer and Janice (Timothy) Phipps, with whom she shared a special bond and love; her cousins, Eric Hibbs and Shane Fleeger; and her mother’s dearest friend and Cassie’s namesake, Sandra Kay Thoma.

Cassie’s memory will forever live in the hearts of her mother, her brother, and all those who loved her.
