Nevaeh Ewing scored 24 points and Knoch sank nine 3-pointers in cruising to a 63-39 girls basketball win over Kiski Area Monday night.
Nina Shaw scored 12 points and Madilyn Boyer nine for the Knights, who opened up a 22-5 lead in the first quarter.

Butler posted a pair of 7-0 victories over Mars Monday at Mars Lanes. Brock Hepler led the Golden Tornado boys with a 571 series and 201 game. Chris Huff rolled a 561 series and Nathan Kniess a 188 game.Alex Ola paced Mars with a 442.Rachael Blose rolled a 480 series and 187 game for the Butler girls while Reegan Malis had a 475.Butler visits Seneca Valley Wednesday.
Knoch had four wrestlers place at the Hickory Tournament over the weekend. Guy Deleonardis won the 160-pound weight class by going 4-0 in the tourney.Kam Grassi (5-1) placed third at 145 pounds, Eli Reese (3-2) fourth at 285 and Earnie Zilka (4-3) sixth at 152.
Seneca Valley’s boys and girls swept Knoch in a dual meet Monday night. The Raider boys won 101-64, the girls by a 103-43 count.
