Sikora

Silvia M. Sikora, 86, of Leechburg, passed away Tuesday, Feb. 17, 2026, at Concordia Lutheran Ministries.

Silvia was born in Cabot on June 9, 1939, a daughter of the late Dena M. (Paganelli) and Silvis Bocchi.

She was the widow of Martin Sikora, who passed away Dec. 4, 2018.

Silvia was a graduate of Knoch High School. She was a secretary for Knoch School District. After retirement, she volunteered at Allegheny Valley Hospital. She attended St. Mary, Mother of God Church in Freeport. Silvia was known for her beautiful flower beds and abundant vegetable gardens. She enjoyed crafts and quilting.

Silvia is survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and extended family.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by five brothers, Deno, Paul, Art, John and Anthony.

SIKORA — In accordance with her wishes, there will be no visitation or services for Silvia M. Sikora, who died Tuesday, Feb. 17, 2026.

Private interment will be held at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Freeport.
