James Hemphill

James R. Hemphill Jr., 47, of Fort Worth, Texas, formerly of Butler, passed away Jan. 12.

He was the son of Barbara E. (Kyle) Hemphill and the late James R. Hemphill Sr.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his companion of 20 years, Pam Leatherman; a daughter, Ashley; a sister, Sherri Hemphill; two granddaughters; and his companion's daughter, Jen and her daughter.

<B>HEMPHILL</B> — A memorial service for James R. Hemphill Jr., who died Wednesday, Jan. 12, 2011, will be at 1 p.m. Feb. 12 at the Hill United Presbyterian Church, Butler. The Rev. Clark Sawyer, church pastor, will officiate.
